If you had one day free to spend any way you wanted, how would you spend it?
My Perfect Day would start by sleeping in, then having coffee and a well thought out, healthy breakfast with my hubby. Then we’d head to the gym for a 2-hour workout. I’d spend time writing and journaling, as both are activities I love to do but do not have time to do them every day. At some point during the day, we’d get a couple’s massage for ultimate relaxation and connection. Later in the day, we’d have lunch with Marisa, Ben, Hope, Autumn and their respective parents and significant others if they wanted to join. I’d round out the night with a light and healthy dinner followed by dancing, probably salsa dancing. Yeah, that’s a perfect day! How about you–what does your perfect day look like?
